This past weekend, we celebrated Community Connections 2nd Birthday!!! Two years ago, Jessica, our Community Connections Officer, met with Pastor Riley at Manna Church in Newport News and established our first Community Partnership when Riley said “Yes” to adopting Autumn Lakes that very morning. At that time, we didn’t know what it would look like. We didn’t know how much it would grow and develop, but we did know it was a relationship appointed and set apart by God.

Over these last two years, God has blessed the work of our hands. He has expanded our territory and strengthened our impact. We currently have eighteen properties and several Community Partnerships throughout Hampton Roads and beyond. Each partnership is special and unique, just like each of our communities. Here’s to many more years of Community Connections, Partnerships with a Purpose!
